All the iron supplements I have tried before have led to upset tummies and most have been horrible tasting. this one was a pleasant surprise and wasnt OVER flavoured which seems to be a think producers do to cover the fact your taking a supplement drink.

again this is something that takes time to see if it improves health, plus also need to take into account other factors of lifestyle. taking a few samples wouldn’t really change the way i have been health wise.
