I’m not anemic but have been in the past. I tried it out of curiosity and would totally recommend to others as lovely taste and nice on tummy

I wouldn’t use these for daily use. It would just depend on what my diet has been like lately. If I’m eating a lot of meat I wouldn’t bother.

I wouldn’t buy these in the future based on the fact they contain aspartame. Can’t you sweeten it with stevia?
