If I was ever required to take an iron supplement then I would definitely consider this product – however its not on my radar at the moment. I am a big fan of supplements and this seems a very easy way to take a supplement and get good absorption.

If I ever need to use an iron supplement then I would definitely buy the Ferro sachets. They give the exact amount you need and I prefer a drink rather than a tablet form.
