This was a strange product and not one I would buy but it tasted fine and would be a good way to get extra fiber I guess.

This tasted like I had used handwash to wash my hands, rinsed them and then drunk the water… I only managed to drink about a third of the bottle, then 15 minutes later, I had got stomach cramps, I’m not sure if they were related but I will not try this product again or recommend it..
