I would buy this if I had someone coming for dinner or if I i was hosting a birthday party and a guest was dairy free or vegan. I was surprised by how good it was to cook with too.

I would buy this for vegan visitors, or if I wanted to cut out dairy. It melts well but is a little hard to grate due to its softness

I would buy this again for my brother who occasionally visits as he is vegan and lived this option while staying at our house. I would not regularly buy it as my kids eat cheese like feral animals.

I wasn’t sure about the taste at first, but it definitely grew on me. Although I still prefer the taste of regular cheese I will buy this to help cut down on our consumption of dairy products for environmental reasons.
