The package was really hard to open and get the cheese out and the cheese was plastic tasting and really bland. Not at all like cheese.

The entire household sampled this product. Overall it was well recieved and not a significant departure from conventional dairy based products consumed already. We noticed the difference in the texture, and found the taste to be very mild. Overall we enjoyed the product and would be interested to see what it was like under heat when cooked.
