Unfortunately, even a lactose intolerant person isn’t interested in this! Aged, hard cheese is for the most part lactose free, and its tough to match.

Unfortunately the packaging was difficult to open and the cheese broke on opening. The texture, smell, everything about it was different to standard cheddar (understandably) but no one in our household liked the taste, texture or smell of it unfortunately

Unfortunately I didnt find this to be a very nice tasting product. I can eat normal cheese, but if I couldn’t, I wouldn’t turn to this as an alternative. It has a strange taste to it which I didn’t like at all. I gave it to a couple of other people to try and they had very much the same opinion. It’s just not a product I would want to try again.
