Was not a very nice texture hard to get out of the pkt. Yucky flavour I only used it melted in gratin type dishes.

Was good for an alternative cheese product mixed/melted with other food how ever I would not choose to eat this, it felt like it was missing something and left a funny after taste, my sister in law how ever is gluten and dairy intolerant and said it tasted good to her when I gave her some to taste and she said she will buy it now she has tried it.ant
