We thought it had an odd aftertaste and was powdery. It was fine melted and mixed with cheddar but not to eat alone.

We really did not like the taste or the texture of the Vegan cheddar cheese. It did not taste like cheese at all.

We melted it on pizza. It melted well but had a ‘fake’ weird taste. It’s hard to explain but it was yuck. I even didnt tell the kids I was using it but we could all tell. It did not taste like cheese.
