We used the thickened cream in both sweet and savoury meals. The pack size was great and there was no waste when we used it in a butter chicken sauce and being a thickened cream made the sauce really creamy and smooth. When we used it as a topping on a desert I found it a bit too thick, though other family members didn’t mind that. It was a cold desert so if used on a desert such as an apple crumble it would melt so this would then not be an issue for me.
