This product wasn’t for me. I used it in a dessert application and found the product to be too heavy and not as light and ‘fluffy’ as i had expected. although i knew it wasn’t whipped cream it still wasn’t a great pairing for desserts.

Used in a pasta sauce, but I ended up using both tubs as I miscalculated the quantity of pasta sauce! Not sure I’d use it in place of just fresh cream. Good to have in the fridge as it has a longer best before date though!
