Taste more buttery than like cream. Preferred normal cream that is not thickened.

Excellent product.. very creamy and time saving when it comes to making cheesecake. I don’t have to whip up my own fresh cream. My kids love eating the thickened cream on its own! Taste like ice cream but low in sugar. Yummm
