These meatballs are made of beef meat and other ingredients and are part-cooked (flash fried) in vegetable oil to a final weight of 15g. They are packed in foil bags ready to be removed and cooked to >74°c then eaten. The product has a firm but chunky texture and a meaty beef taste.

A really great product. Straight out of the freezer to make meatballs and pasta with a tomato, sauce, or put them on skewers with onions and peppers, maybe tomatoes for two really quick, healthy and delicious meals with nine of the mess associated with making meatballs.
