Countdown select baking paper makes baking and cooking easier ensuring nothing sticks to your cookware. With its non-stick coating, select baking paper is a healthier way to cook with no need to grease or bake with fats or oils.
Absolute waste of money, baked goods stick to it. It has ruined cake, slice & sourdough bread. Very disappointing
+ PROS: Great tracing paper for kids
- CONS:Sticks to baked goods, absolutely not non stick

The paper that was in the box when we bought it was great -no sticking, held everything in place etc.
The ‘refil’ on the other hand is absolut rubbish !!!!!!
Everything sticks to it, the paper actually cooks into the food.
And in small print under the ‘grease proof paper’ description, it says ‘cannot be used in oven or microwave’.
At this point it is NOT greaseproof paper.
FALSE ADVERTISING WITH MINISCULE WRITING TO SAVE THEIR ARSES.
+ PROS: The actual paper that comes in the box is great.
- CONS:The refil is shit and not worth wasting money on.

Zero stars from me. I bought the box at the supermarket and it was fine to use. The refill on the other hand sucks soooo bad. Don’t buy it, it wrecks your food experience. Delicious chicken tenders? Forget it as the normally chrispy flavoursome morslas become soggy and the coating will stick to the paper not your tendies. Try to scrape off the coating, oh the paper rips and is perminantly bound to your food. Some things in life you can’t go cheep on… good shoes, good rum and baking paper.

Terrible! I have wasted a few of my sour dough baked goods because of this paper. It simply does not work and cooks into the food. I’ve had to peel it away little by little.
Very disappointed

This product is absolute rubbish and ruins your food. Claims to be non- stick baking paper but food adheres to it straight away. Costly when your whole batch of pizzas are ruined.
