Ok for gf they were a hard biscuit to eat. I used them to make a cheescake base which they were very good for

These were so yummy compared to other biscuits I have tried that are gluten free. A nice treat with a cuppa at the end of a long day at work.

+ PROS: Very tasty. They didn't have that "powdery taste" that you often get with gluten free biscuits. I have actually grabbed a couple of packets from the supermarket since! Have recommended to friends that have children that are on gluten free diets.
- CONS: A bigger packet would have been great! They were that tasty!
