This dessert-inspired biscuit combines two icons with Iced VoVo and the famous Australian Lamington. The delicious biscuit base is topped with chocolate fondant and has a jammy raspberry topping – all sprinkled with coconut.

I’m not usually a Scotch Finger fan but the salted caramel added a great little extra that wasn’t over sweet. They were lovely with a cup of tea.

These were surprisingly really nice. I’ve never been big on Scotch fingers – but that added caramel was quite nice, especially dunked a cup of tea!

Scotch fingers are my all time favourite tea and bickie choice! Loved that these offered a bit of extra sweetness.

I love biscuits and I sure did eat the whole packet. However maybe the flavour wasn’t quite “me”
