these are so full of flavour but not an overpowering flavour. The amount per serve is more then enough as a snack and friends that tried them like them and asked what they were and where they could get them from. Kids loved eating them so much healthy for them and considering they are high in fibre the kids were none the wiser will have to buy these again.

+ PROS: great taste Both Kids and adults liked the flavour Serving size is generous. Not high in salt, or full of fat or sugars convient packs for school or work.
- CONS: The amount of individule packets inside the box is not enough for a family either bring out jumbo bag or box of 15 or 20 packets that is a months supply for one person.
