great alternative for meat

Good alternative for a meat sausage, but not great. I didn’t mind eating them, but wouldn’t say it was overly enjoyable. Aiming to reduce my meat consumption so I would definitely look to purchase something like this. However at $8 for something that wasn’t all that great is too high a price point.
