This was the first time trying a plant based sausage and we were pleasantly surprised. The texture was so similar to meat that I doubt I would have even realised if I hadn’t known. The flavour was delicious and I will use these instead of frankfurters for hot dogs in the future. Neither of the kids liked them though (3 and 5), and they normally love sausages.
