I think there is a real gab in the market for dressings and aioli made with olive or avocado oil that is completely free of heat treated vegetable oils such as canola and sunflower

I think the taste of garlic is very strong. I love garlic so it suit me great. I ate with normal potato chips and also with hot chips. both yum
