Great option for chicken tenders, great flavour & fresh ingredients everyone hates crumbing. We had them on a burger enough for 4 burgers so that was great. Versitile

The Bird and Barrow chicken was a good size, packet was plenty for two people. The coating was crunchy and tasty. The Chicken was good quality with no fatty chicken skin. All this was washed down by a Tiger beer which was a light lager with a pleasant taste and not too hoppy. All and all a great dinner.

I cooked the tenders in a conventional oven as specified on the packaging. I sprayed them with olive oil and made sure there was space between them to crisp and cook evenly.
The tenders were juicy and succulent with fresh flavours of coconut and lemongrass. The breading stayed intact and was crunchy with a nice flavour of spices and pepper.
I used these in a wrap with the addition of some sweet chilli sauce. Totally yum.
Will definitely repurchase this product.
