It was probably user error, but I burnt them trying to pan fry. They seemed rather flavourless despite the amount of breading and spices on them.

I really wanted to like this as it sounded so yum. And it was ok – but I found the rosemary so overpowering it made the whole schnitzel taste bitter. Sad because I reckon I’d have liked it if the rosemary was dialled back.
