Snot meets paste. Totally gross. Will ruin your entire meal.

Any resemblance with the real hollandaise stops with the name. Tastes like hospital grade laxative, the kind you get before an operation, but you don’t need a prescription. Tip: if you are determined to ruin a meal prepared by your mother in law, or, as a practical joke, just give them a sachet of this stuff, Bisto has had the nerve to call by a famous recipe.
