This product is amazing, I definately noticed a difference when I took it and I loved that it is shelf stable and doesn’t need a fridge. My only negative was a couple of the capsules changed colour and went hard so I threw them out, I am assuming this was to with getting too hot over summer. I also love that you can buy these at the supermarket.
