I don’t understand the trend for charcoal products. I tried the toothpaste and didn’t think it cleaned my teeth very well – found that tartar buildup started and didn’t feel clean after using it. Maybe slightly whiter but not sure.

I do not use whitening products. Instead I purchase whatever main brand of toothpaste that is on sale at the time. I did however give the Black to a friend who uses whiteners and they commented they were happy with the product but I could not personally assess it.

I didn’t like it, it didn’t taste great and it felt weird. Its also made in China which I actively avoid for things like this.

I didn’t find that the toothpaste did anything for my teeth in terms of whitening and I also didn’t like that it wasn’t soapy. This could be a personally preference but I do like my toothpaste to go all soapy, this product didn’t do that at all so I didn’t feel like my teeth were clean.
