i don’t love the mess or the grittyness. i have receeding gums so im not a huge fan of anything gritty that might wear them down.

I don’t feel I’ve tried the powder for long enough to make a decision. It was easy to use although since you dip your brush into the container it would only be used by one person.

I didn’t try it for long enough to see any results. I got sick of cleaning the powder off the bathroom sink. It was very messy! It tasted fine though.

I didn’t try it as you have to be very careful with these products. Some of them are actually bad in the long term for your teeth. I would want to see long term studies done to show that it is safe to use before I used it.
