Small batch fermentation and careful handling has helped create layers of luscious pinot noir flavours including black plum, blackcurrant, liquorice and spice. These are complemented by ripe black berry and raspberry characters that are typical of pinot noir fruit coming from this vineyard. The palate is rich with a silky texture and excellent weight.

new zealand lamb, game, duck, pork belly, turkey, seared tuna, hot ham, boeuf bourguignon and any other dish that requires great pinot noir.
