This range of fruit-forward and approachable wines focusses on varieties we introduced to marlborough. This blend of chardonnay and pinot noir combines the creamy elegance and refreshing citrus notes of chardonnay, while the pinot noir adds backbone and complexity. On the nose, this wine features delicate citrus notes of lemon and cream combined with fresh bread and yeasty notes.
The palate is fresh, long and elegant, with lemony citrus elements and creamy yeast textural palate weight balancing the acidity, offering a long, clean mineral finish. This wine is simply superb with bluff oysters and cold-smoked salmon.
