Easy to use. I like that it sits in the cistern rather than in the toilet bowl itself. Seems to be working well, giving the toilet a gentle clean with every flush. I like that the scent is not too overpowering.

The water looks clean and I like knowing that it’s hygienic and keeping my toilet fresh – but I can’t stand the smell. I’m very aware I’m smelling toilet water! Maybe a different smell would be better but honestly unscented would be best – I don’t like knowing I’m smelling toilet water, even if it’s clean!
