Lovely!! I made this my breakfast go to for the week with Avo and it was a treat! Burgen bread has always been a favourite but this loaf is scrumptious and a new favourite for me.

Love, love, love this bread! I enjoy this bread with a generous portion of butter that has melted right through. Not the healthiest topping but given that the bread is high fibre, a source of protein and contains whole grains, why not!?!
