A nice bread, full of goodness. I loved the texture and the thickness of each slice. Makes delicious toast but equally good for my salad sandwich to take to work. A nice balance of grain as well meant my family were happy to eat it.

We love our Burgen bread, but I don’t know why, this one moulded so fast, we got about 2 slices out of it and the rest needed to be thrown away. Maybe it was just like, and I’d be open to trying it again, but it made for a very disappointing Burgen experience.
