I found this bread very dry but everyone else liked it. It toasts well and everyone liked the flavour. With enough butter it isn’t as dry. It is high in fibre and the ingredients are pretty good. I think it would make an excellent crostini and/or croutons.

Really enjoyed this bread toasted and simply with butter. Don’t think it’s right for a sandwich. Makes a good base for my poached eggs and bacon. Would definitely buy this bread

Not sure if I got a bad batch as we usually love Burgen, but this one really lacks flavour (possibly needed more salt?). Nice moist texture and toasts up well though. Will stick to my usual.
