I good hearty loaf of bread which was much better as toast. Had it with a sweet topping (Jam) and a savoury topping (avocado and tomato) and both were lovely. I must say I missed the salt in the bread, but felt good eating it.

+ PROS: Healthy and hearty! Great for toast with any topping
- CONS: Not good as sandwich bread, a little to heavy

Enjoyed the grain but the texture of the bread wasn’t to my liking. If double toasted which firmed it up it helped.
