Yummy, golden, crunchy fruit bread. I do not eat fruit cake or sultana scones and usually omit sultanas and raisins from recipes. However have always liked fruit bread. The smell of it toasting is delicious and gets me every time.

+ PROS: It’s yum Golden Crunches as bite it if toasted Not over fruited which is good.
- CONS: You need to eat it or freeze it as due to humidity in summer and moisture from the fruit it will go off quickly if not sorted.
