It is pretty good however I prefer wholemwal and seed because it is made from wholemeal flour and has higher fiber. Unfortunately wholemeal and seed is often not in stock in the supermarketsmarkets otherwise I would buy it more often. My kids like the sog and linseed but it would need higher fiber for me to buy it regularly (at least 7%)
