A really nice bread – part way between vogels and molenberg, i found the loaf quite small in size but had a great texture and still filling. would tend to use as a bread base for cooked items (eg toasties, toast, cheese on toast etc) rather than just in a sanwich.

A nice light and tasty bread. Can eat just by itself or with meat, jam, etc. It is one of the few breads that can easily be eaten with no additional items required.
