I don’t see why they had to put dairy in it. Dairy is an allergen for many people so you automatically reduce your clientele. Not to mention vegan and plant based choices are becoming more popular.

I buy Vogels over burgen because they have an ultra thin slice- I would swap to burgen if they also had this
