This bread was super soft even after four days before when I open the box. A toasted really well and you could see the nuts and had a healthy taste to it. I would consider purchasing this in store

My daughter liked this.

+ PROS: Felt like it stayed very fresh before I froze it so it wouldn't go mouldy. Like it was low carb for my daughter to try. She is always looking for low carb breads.
