+ PROS: Had the great texture I’m used to from Burgen. The lower carbs didn’t affect the texture too much.

Always. Favourite of bread love the texture of the seeds was a very soft bread and has lasted really well staying fresh all week

+ PROS: Stayed fresh, lovely taste and texture
- CONS: Wish they would do a deal with the buy more than one loaf, big family so not the cheepest option to feed them using this more of a special meal or adult only in our family
