Well done Burgen! About time someone mastered a low carb loaf without including the dreaded psyllium husk that turns everything into a loaf of sawdust!

+ PROS: Soft bread. Toasts beautifully. Decent sized slices compared to other seedy low carb loaves. Didn’t have the mouthfeel of a sponge sprinkled with sawdust like so many of us find competing varieties to have.
- CONS: None in comparison to other products in the same market.

We usually eat home baked bread. Burgen was a nice one to have in the freezer for the days we run out of bread.

Nice flavour and it was definitely filling. Not sure what happened but the bread had gone mouldy after 2 days in the fridge, whereas other premium brands have lasted a week. This may have been down to delivery times and temperature…
