I love that this bread was low carb, soft and had plenty of seeds in it. The sourdough is a nice change from normal bread. It was really good used for toast. I would buy it again but only if I was going to use the whole loaf quickly because it doesn’t keep for a long time especially well. After a couple of days the last slices of bread had gone mouldy.

Usually a huge fan of Burgen, but I didn’t like the taste or texture of this one.
It is a very savoury bread, which is fine, but I found the bread slices to be too thin to actually put many toppings onto!
If the slices were thicker I think it would be a lot more enjoyable.

Definitely recommend this bread. Delicious, light, fluffy and LOW CARB! It’s tasty fresh and even better toasted! I paired this with marmite, Avo and cheese. So yum!
