Due to the courier delays because of COVID 19 sadly my bread was a week old when it arrived…. But in saying that only 1 piece had mould, (which went to the birds) the loaf was still so fresh and sponge like. Very tasty with lots of yummy seeds, fantastic bread. Plus freezes well for toast.
