Bergen is and has been our utmost favourite bread for a long time!

Because I have breast cancer in remission I avoid Soy and Linseeds, so my daughter tried this bread. SHe enjoyed it but not enough for me to continue buying a bread I cannot eat. I do not eat anything wih Soy as it interferes with my cancer medication

As toast, the butter just disappeared into it and it felt quite dry. Vogels seems to hold the butter better.
