Bürgen® Soy & Linseed – Toast

I love soy and linseed bread but hadn’t tried Burgen , very nice- dense but light. Went well with soup, my husband only eats Burgen fruit bread for breakfast so it’s a staple in our house already. Now the loaf is more stale I will try it toasted

I liked the softness of this bread and how it was filled with goodness, it also toasts really well and goes great with vegemite on it too.

I liked it but my kids wont eat it so takes a long time to use up the loaf

I like the Burgen brand but prefer Vogel’s for regular household eating as everyone enjoys the texture of it. I wouldn’t buy the Soy and Linseed toast as felt the linseed’s were overly abundant and therefore the texture not quite right. The soy and linseed concept is good and the soft texture enjoyable.
