    It was a really nice tasting bread and was quite filling to eat. I dont often eat much bread as it can upset my stomach but this type was ok.

    I would buy it as an occasional bag, and actually it stayed lovely and fresh with only myself eating it over the week. I tend to mixup what breads i buy but quite often get a ok one from couplands
