I used to buy Burgen & Vogels but started to find them too dense & ‘dry’…. this loaf of Burgen was delicious! It was light and not too dense and perfect toasted with butter & spreads. Can imagine would be great for a sandwich too. Will buy again 🙂

I thought this was really lovely, but I am not a huge bread eater and the kids prefer white bread

I tend to just buy what’s on special at the time. But burgen has a better shelf life than Vogel’s

I started using Burgen soy & linseed a number of years ago I find it to always be moist even when lightly toasted, it is a good all round bread which I will continue to use.
