It surprised me how light it was with still having the whole seeds and grains. It’s not dense or heavy like vogels. Nice and crunchy as toast

It is delicious bread however my fussy children don’t really like anything but white bread so often we just buy what we all can eat. I love it and it’s so nice just with butter and so much more substantial than white bread. For me the price is a factor I can buy north’s bread and get 3 loaves nearly for the price of one. I know quality doesn’t compare but still ….

In order to appear toasted it needed to be toasted multiple times, edges were toasted but Centre still felt quite a lot like fresh bread. Usually purchase the burger fruit bread to toast.
