While this bread was tasty, the pieces were quite small compared to other high end bread. The seeds were nice and felt healthy but not enough soft texture

When I first looked at the break I was a tad hesitant as it looked very grainy and felt under cooked but it was fantastic. Had eggs on toast for dinner the night the BB arrived and then again for breakfast as the bread was so nice. Not sure how it would be with standard spreads tho??
