It was lovely as a toasted sandwich. The linseed added a nice extra crunch. I also toasted it for soup and it was delicious

It was kind of half way between vogels and freyas which are the two breads we buy for toast & sandwiches respectively, and while it was lovely I don’t know if it would replace either for us regularly
