This is our staple bread that we have in the freezer. Hubby started buying it for his CSIRO diet. Nice texture and very palatable. Much better than the Burgen Sensational Seeds which was very dry, rough and grainy.

+ PROS: Nice and soft. Very palatable. Good source of fibre.
- CONS: Not as great as soft white bread but it's meant to be good for me.

Great nutty texture and lovely and moist, even when toasted it remains moist on the inside. Small but filling as it’s full of goodness and thickly sliced.

+ PROS: Great texture and taste. Nice and moist
- CONS: Moistness has a downside - it goes mouldy quickly even in the fridge so needs to be eaten quickly
